Refer a new resident to one of our buildings and receive $250!

• Referred to ANY of our Hudson-based properties!*

• New residents must indicate referral (name and address) on application.

• New resident must sign a 12-month lease

• Referring resident will receive a $250 rent credit the month following the new lease start.
